Bills to be paid on certificate of correctness

52:13A-5. Bills to be paid on certificate of correctness All bills for the board and maintenance of indigent witnesses, and all payments to witnesses of fees and mileage, except those required to be made in advance, shall be paid only on the certificate of the Secretary of the Senate that the same are correct.
