Forbids lobbying

52:11-71. Forbids lobbying No officer or employee of the office, other than a member of the commission, shall urge or oppose the adoption of any legislation or give any legal opinion to any private individual or corporation or to any public officer, department, instrumentality or agency of the State Government except as provided in this act and except such officers, members, committees and joint committees of the Legislature as the commission shall, from time to time, direct.
