Sergeant-at-arms; tenure

52:11-2.1. Sergeant-at-arms; tenure Any person holding or who shall hold the office, position or employment of sergeant-at-arms of the Senate of this State and who has served or shall have served for 20 years or more either consecutively or in the aggregate, shall continue to hold such office, position or employment during good behavior and shall not be removed therefrom, except for good cause shown after a fair and impartial hearing.
