51:9-9. Delivery measured by approved device; misrepresenting quantity No person shall deliver any liquid fuel without the same having been measured by a measuring device approved, tested and sealed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, nor shall any person sell or deliver less than the quantity represented to be sold and delivered.
