51:7-9. Procedure for recovery of penalties; jurisdiction 51:7-9. Any penalty incurred under the provisions of this chapter shall be sued for in the name of the State of New Jersey by any weights and measures officer. Jurisdiction of all cases arising out of violations of the provisions of this chapter is hereby conferred upon the Superior Court and the municipal courts in the county in which such violations are committed.
