Severability

51:6A-8. Severability If the provisions of any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this act shall be adjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the order or judgment shall not affect or invalidate the remainder of any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this act and, to this end, the provisions of each section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this act are declared to be severable.
