51:6-9. Presumption as to when article was manufactured In any action relating to the enforcement of this chapter, proof that an article has been marked in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be prima facie proof that it was manufactured after July fourth, nineteen hundred and twenty-nine.
