51:11-3. Sale in package form; marking No person shall distribute, sell, offer or expose for sale or have in his possession with intent to distribute or sell any soil amendment in package form unless he complies with the provisions of this act and the regulations and rules promulgated thereunder, and, in addition, the package or tag firmly affixed shall be plainly and conspicuously marked as to the net contents in the package form and the identity of the soil amendment and the name and address of the packer.
