Prosecutions

51:11-27. Prosecutions Prosecutions for any violations of this act are declared to be valid and proper notwithstanding the existence of any other valid general or specific act of this State dealing with matters that may be the same as or similar to those covered by this act. L.1968, c. 450, s. 27.
