51:11-24. Separate violations for different days and places Violations of any of the provisions of this act or rules or regulations promulgated thereunder shall be deemed a separate violation for each different day on which they have occurred and a separate violation for each different place at which they occurred on the same day and each illegal selling, offering or exposing for sale, or the delivery of each separate unit or package form shall be deemed a separate violation.
