51:10-15. Supervision of administration and enforcement of act The superintendent of the division of weights and measures of the Department of Law and Public Safety shall have general supervision of the administration and enforcement of this act. The superintendent, deputy superintendent and assistant superintendents of the said division and the superintendents and assistant superintendents of the county and municipal departments of weights and measures are hereby charged with the duty of enforcing and executing its provisions.
