Records of public weighings

51:1-79. Records of public weighings All public weighmasters shall keep and preserve accurate records for a period of six years of all public weighings, which records shall be available at all times for inspection by the State superintendent or any weights and measures officer. Amended by L. 1986, c. 167, s. 9, eff. Dec. 3, 1986.
