51:1-75. Oath of office; no compensation from state; duties Each public weighmaster and certified weigher shall, before entering upon his duties, make oath to execute faithfully his duties. He shall not receive compensation from the state for the duties performed. The state superintendent of weights and measures shall prescribe the rights and duties of all weighmasters and certified weighers.
