51:1-70. Superintendents to keep records; monthly reports Every superintendent shall keep a complete record of all standards examined by him. Every municipal and county superintendent shall, not later than the fifth day of each month, send to the state superintendent, upon blanks furnished by him, a report. Such report shall contain: a. The number of tests made since the preceding report; b. The number of weights, measures and balances found to be correct; c. The number of weights, measures and balances found to be false; d. The number of prosecutions instituted by him since the preceding report, together with the name and address of the accused, the name of the court where proceedings were instituted, and the result thereof; and e. Such other matters as the state superintendent may from time to time prescribe.
