State superintendent may send assistants into any county

51:1-69. State superintendent may send assistants into any county The state superintendent shall send an assistant state superintendent into any county where a county superintendent has not been appointed. He may, however, send such assistant into any county. The expenses of such assistant superintendent while making said tour of inspection shall be paid out of the fund provided by law for the department of weights and measures.
