51:1-56. Establish containers for farm products The state superintendent may in cooperation with the state department of agriculture from time to time establish and promulgate standards for containers for agricultural or horticultural products, fresh or salt water food products and products designed for food purposes, manufactured or prepared principally from any agricultural or horticultural products.
