51:1-27. Marking of containers No person shall sell or deliver, or have in possession with intent to sell or deliver, any fruit, berries or vegetables contained in any basket, box or other container, unless such basket, box or other container shall have legibly marked on the outside thereof, by the manufacturer thereof, in English letters or Arabic numerals, the exact capacity of such basket, box or other container, and the name and address of the manufacturer thereof, legibly printed or written thereon in the English language, or in lieu of such name and address, a sign or symbol furnished him by the state superintendent.
