51:1-123. Report of repair work done by licensee Any person licensed to repair weighing or measuring devices shall report to the department or to the weights and measures officer of his county or municipality, work for which compensation was received or is receivable. The report shall contain the name and address of the person for whom the work was done, identification of the weighing or measuring device, nature of the work performed and the date the work was completed.
