City attorney or county prosecutor to aid in prosecution

51:1-111. City attorney or county prosecutor to aid in prosecution The city attorney of any municipality wherein a violation of any provision of this chapter shall take place shall assist in the prosecution of any of the aforesaid proceedings, unless such municipality has no municipal superintendent, in which case the public prosecutor of the county wherein such violation shall take place shall assist in such prosecution.
