Use of license fees.

50:3-20.21 Use of license fees. 12. All moneys received as license fees under the provisions of P.L.1945, c.39 (C.50:3-20.10 et seq.) shall be used by the commissioner for the purchase of either cultch or oysters, or both, which shall be spread over and planted in natural oyster beds and seed grounds of the State and to establish and maintain oyster sanctuaries.
