50:3-16.18 Limits on size of oysters taken. 18. No oyster that measures less than 3 inches from hinge to bill shall at any time be taken from the waters of Areas Nos. 2 and 3 or be possessed by any person after being so taken, except spats or blisters, adhering so closely as to be impossible to remove without destruction, not amounting in any case to more than 10% of any catch or cargo.
