5:9-22.1. Eligibility for lottery proceeds 1. For the purposes of P.L.1970, c.13 (C.5:9-1 et seq.), any program of education approved by the Department of Education or by institutions of higher education licensed by the Commission on Higher Education which is intended, in whole or in part, to serve citizens of this State of the age of 65 years or over, shall be considered eligible for State aid from the net proceeds of any State lottery, as shall be provided by law.
