5:9-21 State lottery fund, certain proceeds diverted to Common Pension Fund L. 21. There is hereby created and established in the Department of the Treasury a separate fund, to be known as the "State Lottery Fund," to be deposited in such depositories as the State Treasurer may select. Such fund shall consist of all proceeds received from the sale of lottery tickets or shares, and all other moneys credited or transferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant to law. During the term of the lottery contribution made pursuant to section 4 of P.L.2017, c.98 (C.5:9-22.8), no proceeds received from the sale of lottery tickets or shares, and no other moneys credited or transferred to the Lottery Enterprise, as defined as section 3 of P.L.2017, c.98 (C.5:9-22.7), from any other fund or source, shall be deposited into the State Lottery Fund, and instead all such amounts shall be deposited into the operations account of Common Pension Fund L, established pursuant to the "Lottery Enterprise Contribution Act," P.L.2017, c.98 (C.5:9-22.5 et al.).
