Other laws; applicability

5:9-19. Other laws; applicability No other law providing any penalty or disability for the sale of lottery tickets or any acts done in connection with a lottery shall apply to the sale of tickets or shares performed pursuant to this act. L.1970, c. 13, s. 19, eff. Feb. 16, 1970.
