5:9-13.4 Cross check of social security numbers with lottery list. 4. The Office of Telecommunications and Information Systems shall cross check the lottery list with the data supplied by the Commissioner of Human Services for a social security number match. If a match is made, the Office of Telecommunications and Information Systems shall notify the Commissioner of Human Services. L.1991,c.384,s.4; amended 1998, c.1, s.34.
