Lottery sales agents; authority to act

5:9-12. Lottery sales agents; authority to act Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any person licensed as provided in this act is hereby authorized and empowered to act as a lottery sales agent. L.1970, c. 13, s. 12, eff. Feb. 16, 1970.
