Terms of office

5:8-2. Terms of office The first members of the commission shall be appointed, 1 for 1 year, 1 for 2 years, 1 for 3 years, 1 for 4 years and 1 for 5 years, and their successors shall be appointed for terms of 5 years, and the members may hold over and serve on the commission after the termination of their respective terms, until their respective successors are appointed and shall qualify.
