Payment of witness fees

5:8-19. Payment of witness fees Every witness shall be entitled to be paid for attendance or attendance and travel by the party on whose behalf he is subpoenaed, at the rates prescribed by law, before being required to testify. L.1954, c. 7, p. 50, s. 19.
