5:8-14. Place of investigations and hearings; witnesses; books and documents The majority of the members of the commission may hold investigations and hearings within or without the State and shall have power to compel the attendance of witnesses, the production of books and documents relating to transactions connected with the holding and conducting of games of chance under either or both of said laws, and transactions, relating thereto, with those conducting the same, by the issuance of subpoena signed by the chairman of the commission, which may be served by any person of full age.
