5:8-1. Commission created; members There is hereby constituted the "Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission," in the Department of Law and Public Safety, which shall consist of five citizens of the State, who are not holders of any public office, and who shall be appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, not more than three of whom shall be members of any one political party.
