Payment of moneys into state treasury

5:5-68. Payment of moneys into state treasury All moneys received by said commission under the provisions of this act shall be by it paid into the State treasury and, except as to moneys deposited in the New Jersey Horse Breeding and Development Account, or distributed as otherwise provided by law, shall be part of the free treasury funds.
