Depositions of witnesses

5:5-58. Depositions of witnesses The commission, or any member thereof, or any applicant, may in connection with any hearing before the commission cause the deposition of witnesses within or without the State to be taken on oral or written interrogatories in the manner prescribed by statute for depositions in suits at law in the courts of record in this State.
