Reference to executive director or member of commission to take testimony and report

5:5-55. Reference to executive director or member of commission to take testimony and report The commission may, as occasion shall require, by order, refer to the executive director or to one or more of its members the duty of taking testimony in a matter pending before it, and to report thereon to the commission, but no determination shall be made therein except by the commission.
