5:5-35. Officers, directors or employees of permit holder; powers of commission The commission shall have no right or power to determine who shall be officers, directors or employees of any holder of a permit to conduct a horse race meeting, or the salaries thereof; provided, however, that the commission may compel the discharge of any official or employee of the holder of any such permit or any concessionaire who (1) shall fail or refuse for any reason to comply with the rules or regulations of the commission, (2) who in the opinion of the commission is guilty of fraud, dishonesty or incompetency, (3) has been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude, or (4) shall fail or refuse for any reason to comply with any of the provisions of this act.
