Display of flag in buildings, etc.

5:4-1. Display of flag in buildings, etc. No owner, proprietor or lessee of any hall, place of amusement, auditorium, tent or room used for the entertainment of the public, for public gatherings or public meetings, shall permit the holding of any entertainment, public gathering or public meeting, unless the flag of the United States shall be publicly displayed in such hall, place of amusement, auditorium, tent or room.
