Discontinuance of use of unsafe structures

5:3-26. Discontinuance of use of unsafe structures In all such municipalities having no local building supervision, any building or structure used as a place for public amusement which does not conform with the regulations set forth by the commissioner of labor, and which is deemed unsafe for such purposes, may, after a hearing, be ordered discontinued in use by said commissioner until such time as it is made to conform with such regulations.
