$1,000 penalty

5:2A-23. $1,000 penalty Any person violating any of the provisions of this act for which no specific penalty or other remedy is provided, or in any way aiding, abetting or assisting in such a violation, shall be liable to a penalty of $1,000.00. L. 1985, c. 83, s. 23.
