5:12-95 Renewal of licenses and registrations. 95. Renewal of Licenses and Registrations. Subject to the power of the commission to deny, revoke or suspend any license or registration, any license other than a casino license or any registration may be renewed upon proper application for renewal and the payment of fees in accordance with the rules of the commission, but in no event later than the date of expiration of the current license or registration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in order to facilitate the efficient operation of the commission and the division, the commission shall have the authority, with the concurrence of the director of the division, to extend the period of any license other than a casino license, but in no event shall the expiration date be extended for more than two years.
