5:12-158. Interests prohibited 10. Other than any casino hotel industry representatives, no member, officer, employee or agent of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority shall be interested either directly or indirectly in any project or in any contract, sale, purchase, lease or transfer of real or personal property to which the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is a party. Any casino hotel industry representatives appointed shall not be subject to section 4 of P.L.1981, c.142 (C.52:13D-17.2). L.1984,c.218,s.10; amended 1991,c.219,s.5.
