5:12-136 Facilities for persons with physical disabilities. 136. All hotels and other facilities of a casino licensee, which are public accommodations and are subject to the regulatory powers of the division under P.L.1977, c.110 (C.5:12-1 et seq.), shall be constructed or renovated to conform with the provisions of P.L.1971, c.269, as amended and supplemented (C.52:32-4 et seq.) relating to barrier-free design for providing facilities for persons with physical disabilities in public buildings, and the rules, regulations, and codes thereunder promulgated.
