Acquisition of real property.

5:10A-29 Acquisition of real property. 29. Subject to the limitations established in subsection m. of section 5 of P.L.1971, c.137 (C.5:10-5), if for any of its authorized purposes, including temporary purposes, the commission shall find it necessary or convenient to acquire any real property within its jurisdiction, or if for any of its authorized purposes, including temporary construction purposes, the commission shall find it necessary to acquire any real property contiguous to property within its jurisdiction, whether for immediate or future use, the commission may take such action in accordance with the "Eminent Domain Act of 1971," P.L.1971, c.361 (C.20:3-1 et seq.).
