5:10-6.12 Use of funds. 10. All funds received by the foundation, other than those necessary to pay the expenses of the foundation, shall be used exclusively for the establishment, support and promotion of the purposes as set forth in P.L.2005, c.232 (C.5:10-6.4 et al.). L.2005,c.232,s.10.
