5:10-5.2. Audit contract 15. The State Treasurer, in consultation with the State Auditor and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, shall enter into a contract with a person qualified to conduct an independent operations and financial audit of the authority and may prescribe any supporting documentation to be provided under the terms of the contract. The contract shall require that recommendations be made regarding a reasonable operations and maintenance budget. Copies of the audit shall be submitted to the authority, the State Treasurer and the Joint Budget Oversight Committee of the Legislature. L.1991,c.375,s.15.
