Effect on inconsistent acts and rules and regulations adopted thereunder

5:10-24. Effect on inconsistent acts and rules and regulations adopted thereunder It is the intent of the Legislature that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency in the provisions of the act and any other acts pertaining to matters herein established or provided for or in any rules and regulations adopted under the act or said other acts, to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency, the provisions of the act and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder shall be enforced and the provisions of such other acts and rules and regulations adopted thereunder shall be of no force and effect.
