49:5-11. Promulgation of regulations a. This act shall be administered by the Chief of the Bureau of Securities in the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety, who may promulgate regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act, including regulations defining fraudulent, deceptive and manipulative acts and practices and other terms used herein. b. The bureau chief shall set a filing fee for a disclosure statement filed by an offeror and the same amount for a request for hearing filed by a target company. Such fees may be set so as to raise sufficient revenue for funding the purposes of this act. L.1977, c. 76, s. 11, eff. April 27, 1977.
