Powers granted by act are additional powers

48:9-25.3. Powers granted by act are additional powers The rights, powers and privileges conferred by this act shall be in addition to, and not in substitution for, or in derogation of, whatever other rights, powers, privileges, franchises and authority such corporation may have.
