Ejecting persons from ferryboats.

48:8-6. Ejecting persons from ferryboats. Every ferryman may exclude or eject from his ferryboat or other vessel any person who shall attempt to enter, or enter or stay therein contrary to the order of the ferryman. The person so doing contrary to his order shall be liable to a penalty of one dollar for every offense.
