Agents for service of process; filing of powers of attorney

48:6A-1. Agents for service of process; filing of powers of attorney From and after the effective date of this act the Board of Public Utility Commissioners shall receive, file and preserve powers of attorney, appointing agents upon whom the service of process may be made within this State, and submitted to it by the Interstate Commerce Commission of the United States or by common or contract carriers of persons or property engaged in interstate commerce through or within this State.
