Immunity from liability for use of facilities for CATV company

48:5A-50. Immunity from liability for use of facilities for CATV company No cable television company shall be liable to prosecution or for damages, directly or indirectly, arising out of any suit for libel, slander, defamation of character, indecency, invasion of privacy or any other cause of action arising from the use of its facilities by any person to whom the use of such facilities is extended by the company in compliance with its obligations under any State or Federal law, regulation or policy requiring that it make such use available to members of the public.
