48:5A-47 Revocation, suspension, alteration of certificate, franchise. 47. The board may, after affording the holder an opportunity to be heard, revoke, suspend or alter any certificate of approval or franchise for the violation of any provisions of P.L.1972, c.186 (C.48:5A-1 et seq.) or the rules, regulations or orders made under authority of P.L.1972, c.186 (C.48:5A-1 et seq.), or for other reasonable cause, upon a finding that the revocation, suspension or alteration will not adversely affect the public interest in the provision of safe, adequate and proper cable television service in this State.
